d10d Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the d10d platform, including its website, mobile browser interface, games, payment systems, promotional features, and customer support services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and d10d ("d10d," "we," "us," "our").

By registering an account, accessing the d10d platform, or using any of the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as d10d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using d10d and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of d10d is restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:

d10d may require users to submit government-issued identification and proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution. Any account found to belong to a user under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, all deposits returned where feasible, and all winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account with d10d at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• You must provide a valid email address and maintain its accessibility for account communications.
• Your username and password are personal credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your d10d account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify d10d immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• d10d will never ask for your password via chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

d10d reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reason to believe that a user is attempting to circumvent these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on d10d are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. d10d supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the payments section of your account dashboard.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

d10d offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. General bonus rules applicable to all d10d promotions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• All bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, d10d's standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players on bonus terms, or using automated play to meet wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account termination.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d10d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with d10d games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to d10d immediately and are subject to reversal.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity (money laundering).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access any other user's account or d10d's back-end systems.
• Using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by d10d or applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that d10d reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other users, or the integrity of the games offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the d10d platform — including but not limited to the d10d brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of d10d or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any d10d content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d10d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, lost data, or interruption of service.

d10d makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. d10d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where feasible.

d10d's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

d10d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including age verification requirements mandated by PAGCOR. d10d provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory direction or court order.

Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the payment method on file after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to applicable legal holds.

11. Amendments

d10d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of d10d shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
